18th Street Flex Space is a Multi Use Complex. Our units can be used for personal storage as well as independent businesses.

Licensed Facility

This is a fully licensed facility. Each unit tenant can go to the City of Ogden and get an operating license within this complex.

Utilites

Each unit is individually metered for electric. Renters/Tenants are required to pay their own electric and gas. Some units have their own water sources, but there are multiple water spickets located around the facility.

Multiple Sizes

The units available range from 550 square feet up to 2100 square feet. Each unit has a garage roller door with many units having a garage door and a man door. There is a dumpster for use for all tenants.

Lease

Leases for these units are on a month to month basis. Rent prices are dependent on the size of unit rented.
